As a member of Toastmasters, I find it useful to practice my speeches with a stopwatch or other timing device, in order to ensure that my speech falls within the allotted time. This program allows the use of a Pocket PC (PPC) device as a speech timer, either for practice or during a Toastmasters meeting. \

Features:
- Standard Green, Yellow, and Red timing signals commonly used in Toastmasters
- Start/Stop, Pause/Resume
- Select from preset speech times ranging from 1-2 minutes (Table Topics) up to 12-15 minutes
- This application is written for Pocket PC 2002 using embedded Visual Basic 3.0 (eVB). I have tested it on a Compaq iPaq 3635. I believe it will also work on any Pocket PC 2000, 2002, or 2003 device.
