After the Checks are Signed

Thanks to Deb Mortvedt & DJ Garcia for hosting me on their podcast, “After the Checks are Signed,” which focuses on local issues of concern to Wilton & Lyndeborough residents.  We talked about some challenges the School Board has gone through during COVID, and how we’ve kept our schools open during times when many surrounding communities had gone full remote. We also discussed how the school district budgeting process works, and how various factors such as enrollment and federal grants impact our local property taxes.  If you have specific questions or concerns about the Wilton-Lyndeborough Cooperative School District or anything at the state level, please reach out to me.  I’d love to hear from you!

Thank you!

To everyone who supported my candidacy, thank you! On Tuesday, November 17th, we had a recount for Hillsborough district 4. The results were confirmed, with a few minor changes in overall vote counts. Congrats to my “running mate” Lisa Post on her election. Thank you to everyone who helped us!

ENDORSED by AFP-NH

I am proud to be endorsed by Americans for Prosperity New Hampshire. AFP stands for worker freedom and economic vibrancy.

I am one of only 2 NH House candidates endorsed by AFP who has not previously served as a State Rep.

Check out the announcement here.

If you live in Wilton, Lyndeborough, Greenville, or Francestown, I am asking for your vote. Let’s make New Hampshire’s economy even stronger!

ENDORSED by the NRA

As a life-member of the NRA and a strong advocate for the 2nd Amendment, I am proud to have received an A rating (“AQ”, which indicates an “A” rating based on questionnaire responses).

ENDORSED by Bill O’Brien

I am pleased to announce that Bill O’Brien, former Speaker of the New Hampshire House, has endorsed me. Here is Bill’s full statement:

“Few come to their first campaign for state representative with the statewide prominence of Jim Kofalt as an advocate for New Hampshire and its traditions for effective, conservative government.  I endorse Jim in his campaign because those of us who are fighting for fiscal responsibility, limited government, protection of our liberty and constitutional rights need Jim in the Statehouse as an ally and leader in that cause.”

ENDORSED by Dave Wheeler

I am pleased to announce that former (and hopefully future) Executive Councilor Dave Wheeler has endorsed me. Dave and I believe in the same things: lower taxes and smaller government, personal freedoms, and religious liberty.

We share a strong commitment to the 2nd Amendment and to protecting human life. Please join me in voting for Dave on Tuesday September 8th.
